Vehicle Reservations
Reservations are not guaranteed until you complete and sign our rental agreement online via
Docusign. In the event your reserved vehicle becomes unavailable (i.e. rental extensions,
mechanical issues, vehicle involved in accident) Miami Vans reserves the right to substitute a
rental vehicle/s of equal or greater size and/or value.
Pickup / Drop Off
We offer delivery the van to guest location. Or free pick up location.
Early Returns
Rental Vehicles returning earlier than the scheduled time on the rental agreement will not receive a
refund or a open credit. Miami Vans Enterprise does not, charge additional money for returning the
vehicle early.
Late Rental Returns
The following policy applies to rentals turned in after the designated return time:
We allow a 1 hour grace period on returning the vehicle, any vehicles returned more than 1 hour
late shall be charged (1) additional day rent on the vehicle.
After 48 hours our late vehicle will be considered stolen and will be handled accordingly with the
proper authorities.
Rental Extensions
You are able to keep our rental vehicles longer than originally scheduled providing the vehicle is
not already reserved for another rental customer. We do not accept verbal extensions (calling by
phone, etc). Pre Existing Customer must sign a new rental agreement with extended dates and
times in order to extend a rental. There are no exceptions.
